1. Chest

Wrap the measuring tape around your chest and breathe normally. Note the variations that occur as you breathe and record the highest value.

2. Waist

Stand in front of a mirror so that your waist is clearly visible. Slightly turn your torso to the side and identify the crease that indicates the position of your natural waist. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist.

3. Hips

Place the measuring tape around the widest area below the waist, parallel to the highest part of the buttocks.
