The movement stems from the basic acknowledgement that fashion design should be a matter of form following function.

We herald clothing as functional, modular and adaptable as uniforms: for people who think, dream, create. Uniform does not mean uniformity. On the contrary, it means clothing at its most useful and democratic. Pieces that serve a purpose and put the wearer to the fore, because a uniform makes the person more important than the clothes.

HUMAN RIGHTS / LABOUR
Our headquarter is in Italy and our production sites are based in Europe or in other countries at low risk, which means that the standards for fair working conditions are more than respected.
The eight standards for fair working conditions are:
1. No forced labour
2. No discrimination in the workplace
3.Child labour is not tolerated
4. There is freedom of association and collective negotiations
5. A living wage is provided
6. Reasonable working hours are given
7. Safe and healthy working conditions are provided
8. Every employee have a legally binding employment contract
Even when we do not operate in our own factory, we feel responsible for ensuring that all the people who work for us respect these standards and the adherence to the above requirements is regularly monitored.
