RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope the goods are to your liking! However, if you change your mind, the return request must be filled in directly online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The products must be sent back in the exactly same condition you received them: not worn, not washed and returned with all attached tags.


OPENING OF RETURN PROCEDURE

IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER: IF YOU ARE AN UNREGISTERED USER (ORDER AS GUEST):
1. log into your personal area 1. Access to the webpage return form
2. Go to the section " my orders" and select the order for which you want to request a return. Click on the Return tab. 2.Fill in the form with the order number (do not insert #), your surname and your email. Click on the Return tab.


3.Fill in the form with the instructions of the items to be returned, selecting "refund".


4. You can choose to use the Easy return by selecting the appropriate entry. In this way, you will receive a pre-filled return label that you must put on the package before returning the goods.


5. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request with the related RMA number.


6. Within 1-2 working days you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the authorization from our Customer Care with the warehouse address to which return the goods.


7. If you have decided to go for the Easy return option, you will receive the return label to be put on the package and the instructions to arrange the pick up with the courier in charge.
We remind you that the return is not free of charge: if you use our DHL label, you will be deducted the cost of shipping from the refund and any customs charges.

How to return a wrong or defective item

Peuterey is committed to offering high quality products and services. Should you, for any reason, have a complaint about an item purchased online (in case of defects and/or non-conformity), please contact our Customer care so that we can promptly arrange a return or replacement of the goods at our expense.


Please provide all necessary information, including, if possible, the number of the order in question and some photos showing the labels of the received item.
Before sending the item, we kindly ask you to wait for a feedback from our Customer Care, that will handle your complaint as quickly as possible.



REFUND

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary verifications. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an e-mail confirming the return and the disposition of the refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods on the same payment method used to place the order.


Please note that the processing time required to receive your refund depends on the internal procedures of your Credit Institution.
In case of "Size exchange" a new order will be shipped out to you.
