This summer, Peuterey chose to provide practical support to those facing the daily challenge of balancing work and family life through the “Peuterey Summer Camp”. The project involved parents working at the company, offering a full refund of their children’s summer camp registration fees. Furthermore, with the launch of the “Peuterey Summer Shuttle”, it enabled them to drop their children off at the company and collect them there at the end of the working day, simplifying travel arrangements and the day-to-day running of family life. This initiative went beyond financial support, helping to ease the organisational and emotional burden placed on parents during the summer months. For Peuterey, corporate welfare is a practical tool for promoting organisational wellbeing and inclusion, as well as strengthening the relationship of trust between employees and the company. The “Peuterey Summer Camp” stems from this commitment. The project is made possible thanks to the European Social Fund+ of the Region of Tuscany.
