Super light nylon down jacket with semi-glossy surface. The fabric is made resistant to water with substances that are not harmful to the environment. The elastic drawstrings, around the detachable hood and at the bottom, and the cuffs with inserted elastics, allow you to bring the model close to the body, perfecting thermal comfort. The essential design is characterized by bands with stitching on the sleeves and on the hood. High collar with logoed tape, zip closures for the pockets and, with a die-cast double slider. PFC-FREE
Most Peuterey items are made with PFC-free fabrics. PFCs are chemicals containing perfluorinated and polyfluorinated substances used in waterproofing resins. They are extremely polluting for the environment and dangerous for the health of humans and animals. Peuterey pays attention to the eco-sustainability of its products, therefore uses PFC-free fabrics.
WATER REPELLENT
A fabric is water repellent after special treatments to make it resist water: the drops of water do not remain on the fabric, but slip away. Water-repellent fabrics have a certain degree of porosity so they are permeable to air and water vapor. They allow the passage of water when the hydrostatic pressure is high (for example during heavy rain).
