Shipping is always free.

All orders will be processed by our logistics department within 1 working day from the receipt in our system.
Delivery normally takes place within 2-4 working days from when the order is being handed over to the courier.
Please consider that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, unfavorable weather conditions or the inability to access the address indicated, may affect the timeliness of delivery.

Delivery times could be further extended for non-EU countries due to customs checks in the process of exportation. Any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient.
The Customer is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities of their Country to check the costs and any import limits.

With regard to deliveries requested in the United Kingdom, any import customs fees will be borne by Peuterey.As a result, you will not be requested to pay extra fees at the time of delivery.

Deliveries will be made by the courier in charge from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 (CET) to 18 (CET). We kindly remind you that shippings and deliveries are not made during weekends and national holidays. We suggest you to choose a destination address where there is someone available to collect.

If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, we kindly ask you to indicate the name of the contact person in charge of receiving it.
If you are not present at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with the instructions to collect the goods or will try to make 2 new delivery attempts.



We advise you to keep monitored the shipping status with the tracking number that you will receive by email when the parcel is shipped. In this way you will be able to check the order status at anytime!


Upon delivery of the products, we always recommend you to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).


What do I do if my package appears damaged or there are missing items inside?

We take care for you to receive an intact package with all items purchased. If that does not happen, we kindly ask you to help us by sending the pictures of the damaged package to our Customer care. In case of missing items, please write to our Customer care, briefly specifying which items exaclty are the ones concerned.


What do I do if I did not receive my parcel?

Our couriers do their best to make sure you receive your order in time and more importantly, intact. Despite the attention, however, we cannot exclude the possibility of exceptions. If the tracking number information highlights a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can direclty contact the courier for further information. In case that the courier needs our intervention (as sender), we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care within and not later that 14 days from the shipping of the package.
